Businesses listed on Xylo-Bob retain full ownership of all materials they provide (“Business Content”). By submitting content, they grant Xylo-Bob a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it. Xylo-Bob does not claim ownership.

2. Right to Remove Businesses or Users
Xylo-Bob may remove businesses or users at its sole discretion, without notice, for violations, inaccurate information, harmful behavior, or any reason deemed appropriate.

3. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to post harmful, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or fraudulent material. Users must not interfere with the app, misuse content, or harass others.

4. Accuracy of Information
Xylo-Bob does not guarantee the accuracy of business listings or the quality of goods or services. Users engage with businesses at their own risk.
